Week 2: Planning

This week was focused on the planning phase of our project, outlining a project proposal, statement of intent, scope statement, and MVP (minimum viable product).

Alongside our Gantt Chart in the Proposal Form above, we created a more detailed plan that better divides roles, task priorities, individual task deadlines, and task progress through Notion.

These are our main tasks listed up until our EP1 hand-in November 21st. We have added sub-tasks to items requiring a further detailed breakdown such as our Scene Slice.

Through Notion we can organise meetings, and upload and share documents to allow for flawless collaboration.
